Carrie Little, Executive Director

Carrie Little holds a master’s degree in Criminal Justice Management and Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and has served as CACO’s Executive Director since March of 2020. Little has over 20 years of experience in the domestic violence and child maltreatment fields. Prior to working with CACO, Little served as Vice President of Administrative Affairs at The Parent Child Center of Tulsa. Before moving to Tulsa in 2009, Little served as the Executive Director of the CART House, the Children’s Advocacy Center serving Canadian County in El Reno, Oklahoma.

Roxanne Mayer, Director of Strategic Initiatives

Roxanne Mayer holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership from Oklahoma City University and has served as CACO’s Director of Strategic Initiatives since May of 2022. Mayer has over 8 years of experience in the domestic violence, human trafficking, and child maltreatment fields. Mayer also worked in the mental health field while attending college. Mayer gained valuable Children’s Advocacy Center experience by serving as the Executive Director of The CART House, the CAC serving Canadian County in El Reno, Oklahoma. 

Tisha Boggs, CACO Forensic Interviewer Peer Review Facilitator & Expert FI Mentor

Tisha Boggs holds a bachelor’s degree in Science of Applied Psychology from University of Phoenix. Boggs has served as CACO’s Forensic Interview Peer Review Facilitator since March of 2023 and CACO’s Forensic Interview Expert Mentor since January of 2024. Boggs has 7 years of experience as a Forensic interviewer, over 2 years as MDT Facilitator, and 1 year as a family advocate. Boggs is still currently the lead Forensic Interviewer and MDT Facilitator at DCCSAN, the CAC serving Delaware County in Jay, Oklahoma.   

Courtney Buscher, CACO Victim/Family Advocate Peer Group Facilitator

Courtney brings over thirteen years of experience advocating for children and families impacted by abuse and trauma. In addition to Facilitating the Victim Advocacy Peer Support Group with CACO she is the Manager of Family Advocacy at the Child Advocacy Network in Tulsa. As a dedicated professional, Courtney plays a pivotal role in supporting and guiding a team of advocates who provide compassionate, trauma-informed care. A graduate of Portland State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Courtney brings a deep understanding of systemic issues affecting vulnerable populations. Her career has been defined by a commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary approaches that center the needs and voices of survivors while promoting justice and pathways to hope and healing. Courtney is known for her leadership, support, empathy, and ability to empower staff through mentorship, training, and strategic support. She works closely with community partners to ensure a coordinated response that minimizes re-traumatization and maximizes care.

Candice Primm, LCSW, IMH-E
Owner & Therapist, Tulsa Counseling Group & CACO Mental Health Consultant

Candice Primm is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Tulsa Counseling Group. With a passion for helping individuals and families navigate complex dynamics and heal from generational trauma, Candice brings both warmth and deep clinical expertise to her practice. She has extensive experience supporting families involved in the court system and working with children in foster care.

Candice holds a Bachelor of Education from Oklahoma State University, a Master of Library and Information Science from Northeastern State University, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. Her diverse educational background enriches her work as a therapist, allowing her to connect with clients from a variety of perspectives.

A lifelong learner and holistic practitioner, Candice incorporates her training in martial arts, yoga, and mindfulness to enhance her therapeutic approach—grounding her sessions in both strength and compassion.
